House for Rent!

Well, we've had the initial conversation, I recovered from the shock, made a plan, collected boxes, thinned out 97% of the house (I finished Chaos yesterday - family room and master bedroom is today but those are quick), and have found some really good benefits to moving to the condo.  We're all looking forward to this opportunity.

If this move is something the Lord wants for us, we need someone to rent our Anthem house.

Warning, here comes the sales pitch!

We sit about 1000 feet higher in elevation than the valley so we run a few degrees cooler.  Also, there's always a breeze.  The mountain views are very pretty.  It's easy access off I-17, and we've found it well worth the few extra miles to the valley.

The house (2168sq ft) has a large living/formal dining area as you walk in the front door, and a family/casual dining/kitchen further back.  The master suite is on the ground floor.  The laundry, a secondary bedroom and full bath are also downstairs.  Upstairs is a niche, three more bedrooms and a full bath with double sinks.  Standard 2 car garage (with overhead storage installed), and lots of attic space. Washer/dryer, water softener, and refrigerator are included.  There are ceiling fans and window coverings throughout.  Both front and back yard are ultra-low maintenance.  Standard 2 car garage (with overhead storage installed), and lots of attic space. Residence here gives you full access to the community center and all its amenities (pool, gym, classes, etc).  There is a pocket park right down the street and of course, large community parks near by.  It was built in 2005, in very nice condition, and professionally painted throughout.

Dogs of all sizes are very welcome here, and we leave the house move-in ready.
