Like To Read? Like to Eat?

I stink at center pieces for tables.  Seriously.  It's not that I'm not good at it, I just don't do it.  It requires 'stuff', and I'm not a 'stuff' person.  That and I don't want to have to find money in the budget to buy 'stuff' and then need containers to store 'stuff' for the various holidays and seasons - it takes up too much room!

But this . . .  this I'm gonna have to do . . .

  1. More stuff means more dusting. Less stuff equals more time to read!

  2. OK, that and this idea would look great on my dining table, because my table is in our library! :)

  3. YES! But this idea you can make, enjoy, READ WHILE YOU EAT, (two of my favorite things) and then throw it away when it's had its time! :)

  4. Easy peasy..........a bowl of ripe apples should do the trick.

Your reading group sounds interesting. I will have to list some after we get back from our trip. Good idea, Girl.

  5. I can see you sewing on paper, me on the other hand .... I don't think it's that I can't, I think I've just talked myself into thinking that I'm no good at craft stuff. I really like this though, and I do think it would look great on your dining table. And I agree that all you need is a bowl of the fruit that is in season. :-)
